RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase will be necessary.

To initiate a return, please contact the team through our email so that we can give you all the information about the process. Shipping costs will be on the buyer, except when the item is wrong or defective.

*Wrong or defective items
Please contact us immediately if you have received an incorrect or defective item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

*Exceptions / non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items, sale items, or gift cards.
