SHIPPING METHODS
At Artkaii we have different shipping methods and their price will depend on the weight of the order and its destination.
Orders take 1-3 business days to prepare and then ship.
We currently only have shipments to Spain (Balearic and Peninsula) and the UK.
We are working to offer worldwide shipping.
*Mail Club subscriptions are open worldwide, and the price of shipping is included in the price.
Shipments to Spain (Balearic Islands and Peninsula)

Shipping will be free on all orders over €55.
The shipping time will be 48-72 working hours once delivered to the transport company.
Shipments to United Kingdom

| up to 0,5 kg | 5,95 € |
| up to 1 kg | 8,90 € |
| up to 1,5 kg | 11,50 € |
| up to 2 kg | 14,95 € |
The shipping time will be from 5 to 10 working days once delivered to the transport company.
International shipping costs vary greatly depending on the destination and weight of the order. During the purchase process they are adjusted to the maximum depending on the purchase made and the chosen destination.

*It is important to verify that the shipping address is correct, in the event that an order is returned by the courier company, due to an error in the address, the payment of the reshipment will be borne by the customer, as well as the cost of the return. If the order is lost for this reason, Artkaii Studios will not be responsible for the refund of said order.
*If there is a delay of 3-4 days in the order, this does not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.
*In the event that your order is delayed for more than a month, it will be considered lost and the same order will be sent at no additional cost to the customer.
